Andy Dale is the founder and president of ooTao and Wingaa. Andy has worked in software development for over ten years as a company principal and team leader.

Andy has enjoyed several years of successfully working with large multinational organizations such as: Citibank, Bank of America, Monsanto, Gap and IBM as well as smaller technology innovators Identity Commons, Social Physics, Envoii and 2idi.

Andy serves as a Senior Architect to several organizations in the areas of Secure Distributed Data Management and Visualization including WISER Commons, Evolver, and Natural Logic. He is listed as a co-inventor on two patent applications in the areas of digital identity and secure data sharing.

An active member of the OASIS XDI Technical Committee and an Eclipse Committer, Andy has worked to help advance the Higgins Project and is a co-founder of the Virtual Rights Institute.
